Hi everyone! We have the following update to share: On October 31st, the latest version of our Android build has gone live - version 5.8. Here's what's in the latest update: ✅ Payment Notifications issue is now sorted out. There used to be a slight delay with the payment notifications and we resolved it with the devs for users to receive them INSTANTLY. ✅ Wallet - The main wallet is completely working solid and without any issues such as lags, delays, error - making user experience seamless and smoother. ✅ Chat Backup - Backing up files, chats, contacts etc works perfectly fine. It used to have an issue with backing up your data wherein once a user uninstalls the app and reinstalls it, even after backing up, it won't be able to restore your data. RESOLVED ✅ Profile Image on Android used to have an issue with replacing/removing the image. This has been fixed. ✅ Changing/Editing Group Photo issue has also been fixed which applies the same as replacing/removing personal profile photo. ✅ Additional Performance Upgrade on all around functions of the app has been patched up. This will help eliminate lags, freezes, sloppy overall performance. ✅ Slight alignment update is also added on in the latest build We believe that the Android version is now market-ready ✅ Of course, new features and improvements will always be added but now, we have finally cleared out every bug and the platform operates very smoothly. Furthermore, we are currently working to bring the iOS Build in line with where we are today with the Android version in terms of its performance, visuals & being bug-free, before we can start promoting the platform on a global scale. Here are the fixes that we did for our iOS build Creating/Participating in Group Chats used to have issues with names, editing info, sending files in the group chat and some bugs here and there. Inviting Group Participants - there used to be an error message that pops-up as 'No contacts to invite' even if there are available contacts to add. Inviting Group Participants Limit - Sending an invite to join the group used to have an error message to 'invite at least 2 members' This has been RESOLVED- no minimum limit. All Group Chat issues shared with the devts, and some came from the community, has been RESOLVED. Sending Location used to have an unusual icon and now we changed it to the typical pin button and included a 'Get direction' button which will link to your map. RESOLVED Wallet - when sending an amount lesser than the actual available balance, an error happens but there is no 'error message' to identify what the problem was. This has been RESOLVED. Inviting Contacts - Options to invite your contacts to Download DEXA Messenger used to have different sets of 'style' between sending the invite from the 'Chat' section and sending the invite from the app's 'Contacts' list. This has been RESOLVED. Contact's Profile Image - when you open a chat and then click on the profile image of your contact in the 'Chats' section, the profile image is stretched out. This has been RESOLVED. Above fixes will be shared as a patched update by Monday next week. Note: We are still working to fix on other reported issues on iOS version 16 to eliminate causes of lags/freezes to make the app experience smoother. Thank You!

Hi Everyone! Here's the latest updates! We have worked with the devs on integrating the group video calling feature and is almost completed. Why is the group video calling feature important? In this part of the world, video calling has played an essential part in personal and business communications. That's why, it would be a huge deal when we get communication approvals which will result in massive of spike in user base on our platform which is a good thing. We are launching a completely new and modern SDK for this feature to enhance group video calling experience, and it's all thanks to our devs who are constantly working with us to make it happen. There were a couple of issues that were faced by a few users with the iOS "version 16" and this is almost resolved. Here's what we did: We conducted a few more rounds of tests on several iOS models with different OS versions and we found out that our app works on other OS versions but not with iOS 16 models. This will be resolved ASAP. This is why we needed to take time to give you an update because devts had to test on all other versions and other iphone models. So far, we have found the solution to it, and working on the fix. Hopefully within a week or two, all issues will be resolved on OS 16 and we will share the patched update as soon as it's fixed. Moreover, the app works smoothly on other OS versions but there were other bugs along with such as a slight lag, screen response delay which has been rectified as well and will be sent as a patched update. Further to the KYC issue, our KYC provider SumSub has made a recent upgrade with their SDK which required us to migrate to it and affected both the iOS and Android builds due to incompatibility with our platform. However, we have worked with our devs and found a solution to it. We resolved this particular issue with our iOS build and we will continue to finish the fix for the Android build. Due to this, a few issues on the profile image on iOS were found and was resolved immediately. our team is currently working with the devs to fix the issue on Android and we'll be sending the patch update shortly. As you all know, our system is quite complex, with the blockchain and social aspects, that is way its taking time as we have to test the app out on every supported devices and supported OS versions for a cleaner, smoother app experience. Coming to DEX Listing - KYC is a main priority and can run into Trouble with the SCA UAE. They have signed agreements with various Authorities concerning crypto / crypto centers. For now, Dex is in the grey area and there are companies who are listed on DEX waiting for better clarity and others have opted out of Dex just to be safe and we are one of them because one fine day, and anything can happen. Generally, companies whose main license are granted from external countries and the UAE license is secondary, have opted to stay on Dex because it's much easier for them. Nevertheless, we will pursue to list on Dex at our best available opportunity. Yes, Crypto & Blockchain is the future but meeting regulations and KYC requirements is the way to go mainstream or partner with mainstream companies 🤝 Off lately, we have been supper busy connecting with authorities as we are pursuing for Approvals related to communications and connecting with other blockchain-related organizations to further add value & services to compliment our exciting platform.
