We want to share the following statement relating to your queries.
1) Website & Whitepaper was updated on 24th, Feb 2023 where we covered a few aspects of UI and minor text updates. However, there are no significant changes in the upcoming features so the whitepaper will remain more or less the same except for the anonymity feature which will be added to the whitepaper shortly. We have a major UI overhaul and it will reflect in the whitepaper only once the latest UI has been finalized.
2) Agree, we missed many milestones but eventually, we met all of them at least until Q3 2022 without Coinify. There were mistakes made and many issues that hindered our development. Most of the work for 2023 is to clean up the mess and all the issues that were holding us back by fixing all the issues at the root level, backend, and server by being less reliant on many 3rd party providers by moving to our ecosystem. Moving to our ecosystem has been challenging as we needed to do this without having much effect on current operations. So far, the transition is going well and all this will eventually make us more flexible as we don't need to depend on anyone. This also eliminates all unnecessary 3rd party fees and dependencies. In the end, any business needs to run in the most optimum and efficient manner in order to save cost and maximize revenues.
3) We have planned various revenue-generation methods one example is through "Opt in to accept Ads and get paid in crypto to see ads" Users will have the power to Opt-In or Opt-out of this feature giving them control if their information is used or not. Other options include external crypto transaction fees, crypto-to-fiat conversions, Paid API and 3 Party developer tools to build on our ecosystem, and Green Check Mark - User Verification for Individuals or businesses accepting Free Inchat Crypto Payments.
4) We will share pics & videos of the new office this month. Yes, we have a new back office team however due to some circumstances their identity will be kept confidential.
